Zap Invoicing provides online tools for creating, managing, downloading, and sharing invoices.
Depending on your plan, the service may also include customer management, invoice templates, automated payment reminders, exports, and related business administration tools.
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service from time to time.
Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete.
We may restrict access where we reasonably believe that an account is being misused, compromised, or used in breach of these terms.
You retain ownership of information entered into Zap Invoicing, including invoice details, customer information, business details, logos, notes, and payment instructions.
You permit us to store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

If you enable automated reminders, you are responsible for checking that the customer email address, invoice amount, due date, reminder settings, and message content are accurate.
Reminder emails may be sent before or after an invoice due date according to the settings selected by you. Delivery may be affected by email providers, spam filters, incorrect addresses, technical issues, or other factors outside our control.
You must use reminders lawfully and must not use them to harass, mislead, or repeatedly contact people who should not receive the messages.
If Zap Invoicing offers paid plans or subscription features, pricing and billing terms will be shown during signup or purchase.
You are responsible for providing valid billing information and paying applicable charges when due. A subscription may be suspended or cancelled if payment cannot be completed.
Unless a separate refund policy applies, fees already paid may not be refundable. Cancellation and renewal conditions shown at checkout will also apply.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep Zap Invoicing reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
You remain responsible for keeping your own copies of important invoices, records, customer information, and exported files.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zap Invoicing will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
You may stop using the service at any time. You may also request account closure in accordance with our account and privacy procedures.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the service.
